"Why would anyone go to Idaho? You must really like potatoes."

Let me tell you, the Gem State should really be named the Hidden Gem State. There's so much nature to be seen and experienced -- and so few people around to compete with to see it (even on Memorial Day weekend!). Boise's fantastic farmer's market filled the streets with delicious (and healthy) food choices. The mountains were snowcapped and the valleys were sunny and warm. 

I can't wait to go back and explore more of Idaho's Hidden Gems.
